April23 - Service Manager with Praxis Care & PIC. Aug 2022 to Jan 2023: Local Service Manager and PIC with Acquired Brain Injury Ireland (ABII) managing two residential services one in Glasnevin and the other in Drogheda. June to mid Aug 2022 - short career break for personal reasons. Nov 21 to May 22: Spent six months working with AHEAD Ireland as the Education manager as part of the senior management team. Nov 21: left CRC Oct 21 after 24 yrs - coivd played a part and wanted to pursue a different direction - see above position with AHEAD Ireland. I have worked in the fields of education, training and disability for over 25 years in UK and Ireland. Masters Degree (MS.c.) Education & Training Management (eLearning / ICT) 2007. DCU. Completed the HSE Leadership programme - Leading Care 1 through IMI (1 Year 2019/20)QQI Level 9. A mid to senior manager with expansive experience of managing disability services, team leading and programme development, training design & delivery. Now seeking to further my professional and career development within the disability sector or wider not -for-profit sector in a role that plays to my strengths of leadership, team building, change management. I have a passion and commitment for empowering people and strong ethos of inclusion for all. Ideally a role that involves people management, service management, development and delivery, training programme coordination or similar would be of special interest.
