Veteran with 11 years of hands-on and senior leadership experience as a Marine Technician in the Royal Australian Navy, specialising in HVAC & R systems. My Defence career sharpened my ability to lead teams, manage complex maintenance schedules, respond to critical issues under pressure, and deliver reliable outcomes across high-risk environments. In my current role as a Facilities Maintenance Coordinator, I oversee daily operations, coordinate contractors, manage budgets and compliance, and act as the client-side point of contact on infrastructure projects. This has given me some pretty valuable exposure to project planning, stakeholder engagement, and delivery processes—solidifying my goal to formally transition into a Project Management role.
