Over the last 7 years I have committed countless hours to companies such as Halliburton, Liberty, Pioneer and Evolution while working as an engineer in the oilfields of West Texas. From these experiences I was able to further my critical thinking skills and knowledge of the industry; develop healthy camaraderie with my teammates; and most importantly understand and appreciate the acceptance of responsibility of my own actions…I have truly grown! For years I ingested foods and beverages that overworked my body and led to a Type II Diabetes diagnosis. January 2020 I suffered a heart attack, coming out of that I saw my second chance, an opportunity to Change the Narrative. I refocused my time and energy. I began a walking journey that has grown to me taking 10+ mile strolls quite effortlessly. I adjusted what I put into my body; removed meat and drastically decreased my sugary intake. I have lost 50lbs naturally, eat a plant-based diet and I am no longer diabetic. My goal is to be light along this journey…THE FUTURE IS BRIGHT! “I lock arms with parents who want to be healthier for themselves and their kids, together we save money, add more to our income, and help other families do the same.” I help others develop a different mindset on how they see life, and social media.
