Create and proactively involved in the knowledge base best practice among the team3. Pre-Sales Support Support individual pre-sales situations demonstrations. Lead (POC) proof of concepts whenever applicable. Effectively communicate the value proposition through demos & technical briefings. Partner with clients to understand their business needs and objectives. Stay current on technical competitive analysis & understanding of competitive differentiators.4. Training Product Champion as the go-to person for specific products, responsible for continual improvement such as updating the installation guides or product demonstration system Conduct training sessions and assessment program on our products to customers and business partners. Identify knowledge gap, ensure team are trained and certified on our products, motivate team members and monitor performance
