I have over a decade of leadership experience in marketing, communications and branding roles across a diverse range of industries. I’ve created industry-leading marketing programs, built high performing and multi-disciplinary comms teams that have delivered significant ROI, and I've delivered real customer experience transformation in highly regulated, competitive and fast-paced industries. I get excited by helping organisations improve the way they understand, interact with, influence, empower and generate returns from their stakeholders. My experience extends across leadership roles in the internal, external and digital communication fields through to branding, public relations, recruitment, change management, customer experience, performance research and analysis, strategic planning and company start-up and launch.
