About Tommy Phillips

I have a very long and interesting (to some) life with many experiences under my belt, each one I feel at the time I had mastered and was very well liked and respected in my roles. My experiences have taken me through the roads of Ontario in a huge variety of vehicle types including large straight trucks, buses, limo's, courier, tow and plow trucks to name a few, recently operating a variety of different vehicles on a test track at a local race track. While being on the road sometimes doing deliveries, but often doing service calls as a computer and network technician where that experience of my life too me through a series of South Western Ontario Hospitals converting them to Windows NT followed by numerous years supporting Ontario's Nuclear Power Plants, their Head and Satellite Office locations. Providing support in person throughout the province and remotely. Conducting new system or new software roll-outs and general Help Desk Support. Later I would return to my roots in the retail sector and prove myself in the Merchandise Movement Operations, so much that I became Manager of an overnight crew prior to that department store chains demise. But no fear, that just lead to the creation of our Planogram and Merchandising company where we grew to servicing over 50 client stores of a major drug store chain throughout the Toronto GTA where I hired, trained and sometimes fired upward of 35 people whom worked on projects everyday at client locations, all the while of being a Project Manager, I also put on many other suits as a Sales Person growing our business via constant communications, Human Resource Manager/Bookkeeper with my Payroll, Invoicing, Scheduling duties etc. As of 2011 we moved to Durham Region and closed operations, where I got into the Property Management type business caring for properties Lawns and Gardens, then keeping the tenants safe with Snow Removal skills. But my ambition is to return to position using my mind skills.
