About Tommy Souvanir

My objective is to contribute outstanding skill sets, knowledge and commitment to deliver the value on achieving company goals. I have been working for 4 years as Drilling engineer in Chevron Geothermal Indonesia, I have experienced to work as Mother project team member for Big Drilling campaign project, as Project engineer and Project manager for new drilling well, work over well, well intervention, well abandonment, etc. High light accomplishment that I have delivered are successfully drilled the deepest geothermal well in Indonesia and one of the deepest geothermal well in the world, the success story has been presented in World Geothermal Conference 2015 and successfully drilled the first geothermal multilateral production well in Chevron geothermal Indonesia. Additional assignment parallel with my role as Drilling engineer, I have experienced as Drilling performance Engineer and as Lead Community of practice for Indonesia business unit level. Also I have experienced as Chevron Lean Sigma greenbelt that has been successfully delivered several cost saving and non-cost saving lean sigma project and as Drill Site Manager (DSM) and Well Site Manager (WSM) to supervise field operation that involved more than 200 person on board.
