About Tommy Stemberg

I am a production manager with operations optimization through Lean and change management as my primary specialties. I have 20 years of management experience, of which the last 15 years have been in larges manufacturing Companys. I have extensive experience within business optimization, personnel/team management and change management. I also possess a great strength in my ability to plan and form a general overview of production operations. In my current job I am responsible for 60 employees and 5 middle managers. I practice motivating, coaching and result-oriented management. I consider production as teamwork, and therefore I am always open to employee ideas and inputs. I am characterized by loyalty, dedication and hard work. Finally, I excel in forming an overview of technical processes and in remaining calm, even in stressful situations.
