With over five years of experience in sales development and inside sales, I am passionate about helping customers achieve their digital transformation goals with cloud monitoring solutions. As a Sales Development Representative at Dynatrace, I work with a diverse and collaborative team to generate and qualify leads, conduct online demonstrations, and close deals with enterprise clients across various industries. I have also contributed to the training and mentoring of new hires, and the improvement of sales processes and tools. Previously, I was a Sales Development Representative at CircleCI, and an Inside Sales Representative at MakeLeaps, where I honed my skills in prospecting, communication, negotiation, and CRM. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to share my insights and feedback with my colleagues and managers.
