About Tomoko Ikeda
In order to help Fujitsu employees in Japan learn and practice the design thinking approach in a positive manner, I conduct content distribution and workshops. Other efforts include the use of comic and graphic recordings to tell the story visually in a fun and easy-to-understand way. As a volunteer activity, I work with management to plan psychological safety events with the aim of creating a corporate culture that empowers each and every employee. As a nationally certified career consultant, I also provide career design support activities internally and externally. I am currently working as a design thinking consultant at Fujitsu. I have been helping clients solve their problems by sharing the design thinking approach that Fujitsu has developed over the past 10 years.
