Background
About Tomoko Otsuka
I have a burning passion to contribute to the enormous change in this world, especially social problems which I experienced and getting know in the world. I was born in Kumamoto, and raised in the Fukuoka prefecture. After studying regional economy at the university, I worked as a member of the HR team and a verification engineer at Softbank Inc. for 7 and half a years. My turning point was the Tohoku earthquake that happened in 2011. I spent a lot of time as a volunteer and did things such as house clean-ups and massages at a local site. Then started studying psychology after having faced the problem of "earthquake-related death" at Tohoku."How to enhance the humans' motivation" is my theme for long years. As for the individual activities, I sometimes give advice to clients as a career consultant and expert in disaster prevention. My goal is to make a strong relationship of helping each other between each organization in each country.#community
