I`m General manager and Member board of directors at Nexis Fibers in Latvia with demonstrated management history of working on several managing roles in production/manufacturing in the past 10 years. Managing all production, supply, development operations on-site. Manager with extensive experience in the production of metal construction and other products for industrial construction sites and assembly of metal components with high added value for automotive and home appliances. Extensive experience in international companies that supply their products worldwide. Over 3 years of experience working as a First Line Manager in a company such as Jaguar Land Rover in the United Kingdom, Castle Bromwhich and Solihull production sites. I have worked and contributed to companies that have supplied their products to world-renowned brands, such as BMW, Mercedes, Chrysler, Caddiliac, STS Plastic, GE Medical, Siemens, BOSCH, Electrolux, Liebherr, Fujitsu, Indel B, Whirpool, Vibo. I help companies to create right processes and improvements for successfull results in revenue and production. I am a person who will not look for a problem, but a solution. I am creative and often find myself in the category of those who think "Out of the box". I prefer to work with people, listen to them, motivate them and make their work environment successfull. During my professional career, I have led teams of various sizes, ranging from 90 to 200 people.
