Since 1993 experience in change programs, implementing continuous improvement across the world with companies like Heinz, Corus, Starbucks, Paccar, SABIC and many others. Ranging from shop floor implementation of 5S, OEE, SMED, TPM and improvement teams, to guiding management teams during the whole change process and strategy deployment. I have a extensive experience in Lean, TPM and 6 Sigma added with a strong focus on change management. Knowing that people make the difference, but need processes to get results and feel safe to contribute within that process. Came to the realization that psychological safety is at the foundation of continuous improvement, OPEX and all the above.
