I have a passion for helping companies to become data driven, using data/delta lakes, data visualization, analytical and GenAI solutions. As a Senior Management Consultant with more than 20 years of expertise in data management, I am good in analyzing business demands, translating it into a data/GenAI driven strategy/roadmap and implementing the solution. I have the ability to build bridges between business and IT, to motivate colleagues and to mobilize the various actors within an organization to get the job done. I act in different roles like: A Program Manager or Project Manager: • Managing Business/IT projects up to 45 project members (located globally) • Knowing how to deal with multiple stakeholders • Mobilizing the various actors within an organization to get the job done. An Product Manager (or Data Architect): • Analyzing the impact on data related projects • Explaining complex problems in simple terms • Making feasibility studies and (pre) investigations.
