About Tone Bui

My career spans over multiple industries with roles in design engineering, information technology, project and personnel management; all enriching my experience in the business process. The business process is successful when a sound product is delivered on time. My versatile fields of experience all share the importance of aligning resources with talented people. Workplace teams succeed the same way a relay team succeeds. The "handoffs" or interactions between the team members are just as important as each member's performance. This has been the focus of my success as a leader for all my employers. At each facility I successfully improved operations which resulted in higher quality, proven effectiveness, and expeditious workflows. My best assets are I am knowledgeable and I am ambitious. I excel at problem solving, differentiating the need for short and long term solutions. I am a quick study of new ideas. I communicate well and enjoy working with others. I gain much satisfaction from teamwork. I inspire others to follow when applicable and I am inspired to follow leadership when appropriate. My employer can have great expectations of me because I have great expectations of myself. I look forward to an opportunity to further discuss my ability to assist any employer with reaching its goals.
