For more than 20 years, I have dedicated my professional to career to accounting, management, and customer service for a variety of organizations. Starting as a Clerk at a county office, I was responsible for processing justice of the peace services for the public. In my most recent role, I was a Finance/Office Manager for a Texas-based manufacturer where I oversaw the daily operations of the organization, including managing, monitoring, and processing the company's financial transactions accounts. Throughout my professional career, I have been recognized as a results-driven, dedicated, and accomplished accounting specialist and manager with a proven track record in financial record keeping, including recording transactions, maintaining A/P&A/R, reconciling accounts, and preparing and remitting taxes. I have developed superior analytical skills that I can use to evaluate workflow details and support processes and system improvements. With my accounting experience and degree in the field, I have a thorough knowledge of all accounting principles. I am also capable of evaluating and streamlining operations to improve productivity, while reducing costs. As a recognized leader, I can train, develop, and motivate team members to meet and exceed organizational goals. A key driver in my success has been developing and honing my interpersonal skills that I use to effectively interact and build strategic partnerships with stakeholders, associates, senior leaders, vendors, and clients.
