About Toni M. Ringlein

I am a seasoned veteran in the hospitality, land development and property management industries and have a wide variety of leadership experience. I have worked in all facets of the restaurant industry and have a wealth of knowledge and experience in hotel and resort management, multi-family property management and home construction. With a bachelor degree from Michigan State University combined with continuing education throughout my career, I have attained an in-depth knowledge and skill set ideal to manage, train and excel in business. As a restaurant and hotel professional, I have managed The 7 Springs Inn & Suites and served as project Manager of the complete hotel renovations. I was the F&B Director at Hotel Zoso in Palm Springs and The Nautical Beachfront Hotel in Lake Havasu, AZ. I was the opening general manager for two of the most successful restaurants in the Palm Springs area; Spencer’s Restaurant and La Brasserie Bistro & Bar, both of which continue to thrive and reflect my influence. Upon first arriving in Palm Springs, I managed St. James, one of the most successful fine dining restaurants featuring world cuisine and a renowned boutique wine selection (now Sammy G’s). The music program I implemented continues to this day. Up until the covid pandemic, I taught hospitality at The University of California Riverside. Sadly, the program was canceled due to the pandemic. My property management and construction background includes managing multi-family apartment communities in Michigan and California and the successful build of numerous single family homes in the greater Palm Springs area. I also served as project manager for the renovation of hotels and apartment communities. Currently, I am a Project Manager with GHA Companies, the Coachella Valley's largest private developer. As a former planning commissioner and co-author of the general plan for the city of Palm Springs, I am well versed in the requirements, zoning and laws in which to secure and operate successful businesses. I have traveled extensively throughout Europe and the U.S giving me an insight to different cultures and values. I bring this understanding and knowledge to all that I do. I am enthusiastic, loyal beyond reproach and can always be depended on to do the right thing.
