About Toni Martinez

Hello! My name is Toni Martinez and in August of 2021 I received my first Master's in International Business and this April have received my second Master's in International Marketing. In May of 2020 I graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources as well as Psychology and Global Leadership minors. During my undergraduate studies I had the opportunity to study abroad in Cotonou, Benin over winter break in 2018 and during the Spring semester of 2019 in Paderno del Grappa, Italy; both of these trips abroad helped me gain more knowledge on the different cultures and business practices that other parts of the world use. My past global experiences have helped prepare me for my studies in London where I was exposed to multiple cultures and ideas. I gained experience and was able to make connections with people across the world. With my education and experience I hope to find an international career once I complete my program, but am open to finding a career with a company that aligns with my goals anywhere in the US. My Top 5 Gallup Strengths are; Input, Adaptability, Responsibility, Intellection, and Harmony. I also have strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
