About Toni Minick

I was the kid who always asked why—and I grew up to be a leader who still does. As you might imagine, I love the Six Sigma 5Y technique to uncover and solve the right problem. I have boundless energy for solving customer problems of all kinds. The ones that really excite me are those of the “faster horse” variety; while customers work from their current mental model of what they think can be achieved, I work from a mindset of innovation and insights that helps me see what is possible. Providing that “aha” moment for others motivates me to turn possible into a vision and strategy. I am an expert at thinking end-to-end, working with cross-functional teams and navigating matrixed environments to deliver and operationalize a differentiated product and compelling experience that the market will buy – and ideally buy quickly. I focus on continuously creating value customers will adopt and pay for, clearly setting out goals and KPIs to prioritize investment and deliver on corporate objectives. My early work in UX gives me a unique perspective to ensure we keep the customer, their journey and lifecycle close as we work through both the big picture and minute details, allowing us to measure, learn and fail fast – leading to bigger wins. Success is predicated on the strength of the team, and I am known for my ability to build, manage and develop global teams that take initiative, drive innovation and deliver profitability to the bottom line.
