I have dedicated my career to supporting diverse populations, including individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (I/DD), Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI), Severe Mental Illness (SMI), and Serious Emotional Disturbances (SED). My passion lies in enhancing the quality of life for my clients through personalized assistance and high-quality care. My professional journey includes a robust background in integrated care coordination, trauma-informed care, and telehealth platforms. I am adept at promoting whole-person care, addressing health-related barriers, and collaborating with multidisciplinary providers to ensure optimal outcomes. My previous roles include serving as a Youth Program Coordinator at the Raleigh Boys & Girls Club, where I designed and executed programs fostering positive youth development. Beyond my professional roles, I am committed to community service. I volunteer as a Program Director at S.A.G.E. Inc, where I design programs tailored to the needs of adolescent girls, and I have led initiatives fostering student success and community engagement as President of S.I.S.T.E.R.S at North Carolina A&T State University. I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Social Work at the University of Houston. My decision to specialize in macro social work reflects my commitment to driving systemic change and improving community wellbeing on a larger scale.
