I’m a Staff Product Manager at Vanta, where I lead our Risk Management product.Over the past four years at Vanta, I’ve repeatedly built and scaled 0 to 1 products across our GRC platform, then handed them off so I could do it again. Each cycle has meant setting the foundation for a new business surface, from customer discovery and product strategy to system design, execution models, and cross-functional operating cadence.This work has always included building teams and go-to-market motion. I’ve formed and scaled dedicated engineering pods and owned end-to-end launches, including defining new SKUs, clarifying buyer personas, shaping competitive positioning, and enabling Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to drive adoption and revenue.My scope has spanned employee security, access management, multi-tenant workspaces, reporting, and tools that support complex compliance programs across business units and regions. I do my best work in ambiguous environments where progress depends on sound judgment, clear priorities, and strong trade-offs.Vanta’s pace has shaped how I operate. I stay close to customers and real workflows so decisions are grounded in how the business actually runs, not abstract requirements.I’m known for turning complexity into clear direction and for aligning engineering, design, product, and go-to-market teams around shared outcomes.Spend enough time inside a poorly designed tool you rely on every day, and it becomes obvious that work life is real life.
