About Toni Vuorio

Hello, Present situation: I am Change Coordinator working for CGI corporation with approximately two years experience of Project- and Change Management, six years of experience from Service Desk and two years from OnSite support project coordination. I have a BBA background degree from Laurea University of Applied Sciences. I began my ICT-career in 2013 as a Service Desk trainee in Laurea University of Applied Sciences. After the six month internship I was employed by CGI early in 2014. I joined a major customer Service Desk team and worked there for approximately nine months. This position included standard 1st Line Support, Incident Coordinator's shifts and Problem Coordinator's intermittent duties. In December 2015, I acquired a new position in the CGI SAP-Team's specialized Service Desk. My SAP-Team career took four years during which I received extensive work experience from SAP Access Management, SAP Security authorizations and 1st Line monitoring experience for PI/XI Integrations and BI/BW chain management. In December 2020, I transferred back to CGI GTO to assist the CGI Finland OnSite Support. Thus far I have operated as a Project Coordinator in a multi customer environment. The work is highly independent, therefore requiring meticulous planning and the capability to stay up to date of multiple tasks and instances regarding the job at hand. As of January 2025, I work as a Change Coordinator and a part time Project Manager. I have been assigned several corporate projects to hone my skills on. I do a lot of preliminary work and planning so that everything goes according to the plans and given deadlines. I also try to find new and better solutions to problems and situations. Instructional guides are also a favorite of mine. It is easier to keep up with the tasks at hand if the required information is stored physically for later use. I am in my own field of expertise when working simultaneously in an IT-environment and direct contact with the customer interface. Diplomacy and development are my way.
