About Tonia Breech

Tonia L Breech M Ed is an education leader who has worked within the field for over 20 years. She is a PQAS trainer, Consultant, and CDA Gold Professional Development Specialist working with Early Childhood Education programs. Her career has encompassed two branches of the Office of Child Development and Early learning. She is intimately familiar with the Keystone STARS program, having developed and grown the Mentoring Project of the NE Regional Key to serve over 200 Directors in reaching their next STAR level. This impacted over 2,600 children in receiving higher quality care. Through her role as a PQAS trainer she has delivered workshops at higher education institutions, AEYC conferences, and the Early Childhood Education Summit, in leadership, mentoring, communication, and community action. Tonia has also served the Higher Education field as the Teacher Education Department Coordinator and Assistant Professor at Lehigh Carbon Community College and Director of Education at NCC. A career pivot in 2025 has deepened focus on education administration and away from early childhood. Tonia is currently the Director of Education at BTI working with skilled trades building and strengthening academic to employment pathways in the Lehigh Valley.
