Commitment to a long-term goal, balance, and persistence in the face of challenges are essential to building a life without regrets. Before transitioning to providing commercial drone services, my professional record was marked by a pattern of matching skills to an opportunity, and working hard to contribute to the success of the companies and individuals I worked with. Traveling and working with thousands of people from different cultures added to my experiences and provided me with an education impossible to find in books. Being bilingual has allowed me to pick up important cultural lessons as I travel, and build friendships that will last a lifetime. I believe that maintaining a positive attitude in your personal and professional life turns mistakes into learning experiences, and obstacles into opportunities, fueling forward momentum. I gained professional experience and learned to recognize solutions to operational challenges even before attending the University of Wisconsin. After being hired as an Executive Assistant for a sales training and coaching company, I found my niche and excelled as a professional training and development coach. I used my acquired skills and experience and was contracted as a consultant to assist General Motors, Realogy Corporation, and other nationally franchised brands implement a bilingual sales and client service recruiting and training program. Ever since I’ve enjoyed helping companies and individuals gain confidence by helping them see the new possibilities to overcome challenges to their growth and success. My current focus on applying drone technology as a business solution is a reflection of all of the valuable lessons I’ve learned along the way. I'm motivated to continue educating and sharing the possibility of safer, more efficient business process across all industries. I'm excited to be doing something I love professionally while keeping balance in my personal life and continuing to dedicate time to the community as a volunteer, my greatest source of my happiness and motivation.
