About Tonisha Constable

As a Plan and Relationship Manager within the NDIS and a psychology student, I focus on understanding our participants individual needs and building mutually beneficial relationships with our partners. As a Plan Manager - my focus is on taking the stress out of our participants NDIS plans through the use of education and a focus on empathy and personalisation of servicing. My goal is to always have our participants feel heard and informed throughout their NDIS plans, to ensure they have full choice and control over their funding without worrying about the administration and guidelines. As a Relationship Manager - my focus is on building mutually beneficial partnerships with Aspect Plan Management, forming quality connections with NDIS businesses with aligning values. These relationships are centered around trust and communication, building a network to enable all participants on the NDIS scheme to connect with quality and trustworthy supports. I am extremely passionate about the mental health and disability sectors, with more than 4 years experience in the disability sector. This has been accumulated through my time as a Disability Employment Consultant (with a specialisation in SLES establishment and support) and my current experience as an NDIS Plan and Relationship Manager for Aspect Plan Management. Additionally to this, I have recently graduated with a Bachelor of Psychological Sciences through Swinburne University with the intention to continue on to accreditation.
