As an IT Support professional with a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology, I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex challenges and optimize processes. My experience spans IT project management, helpdesk support, and troubleshooting in diverse environments, where I have consistently delivered innovative solutions and superior customer service. In my current role as a IT Operations Analyst with Kellanova Canada, I deliver outstanding technical and Level 2 support as part of the IT team that services all of Canada. I also manage complex change requests and play a key role in end user computing global planning. In addition, I collaborate with warehouse partners, sales representatives, and global IT teams to improve the end user experience. Earlier, during my tenure at York University, I managed over 45 projects across multiple portfolios, honing my ability to coordinate resources, streamline workflows, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. My hands-on experience in providing technical support to over 100 end users has equipped me with a deep understanding of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, as well as network infrastructure and security. I thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings where adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving are paramount. My proficiency in Active Directory, network troubleshooting, and hardware/software maintenance, combined with a strong foundation in Python, SQL, and HTML, allows me to support and enhance IT systems effectively.
