About Tonny Pedersen

I believe the best ideas, the strongest teams, and the most meaningful connections are forged in nature. As the founder of Haldbjerg Naturcampus, I help companies and organizations rethink how and where they meet. We design and host unforgettable nature-based meetings, events, and teambuilding experiences that bring people together in purposeful, authentic ways – far from office distractions and close to what truly matters. Located in the scenic hills of North Zealand and Gribskov, Haldbjerg is more than a venue. It’s a space for reflection, collaboration, and transformation. Whether you're planning a leadership retreat, a strategy day, or a team offsite, we offer a flexible and sustainable alternative to traditional meeting rooms – complete with campfires, fresh air, and room to think. A key part of the experience is our approach to dining: local, seasonal, and organic food prepared over open fire, adding warmth and flavor to every gathering. With a background in corporate leadership and a passion for people, I work closely with clients to create experiences that are tailored, grounded, and impactful. At Haldbjerg, we combine quality, flexibility, and sustainability with a deep respect for nature and community. Let’s meet differently. Let’s lead naturally.
