About Tony Cuff

With a background in New Zealand’s tax department, I have the perfect mix of business knowledge and technical skills. Having worked with company tax returns, GST, data exchange & privacy, I understand the regulatory & compliance burdens faced by small businesses. A taste of systems testing led me into corporate IT in the banking industry. I grew my skills in the tech support teams, including successful project implementations and ultimately focusing on backups, business continuity and disaster recovery. Seeing the gap between how the business viewed IT and how the IT department did, I moved into a service delivery & change management role, bridging the communication gap between all of the stakeholders. For the past 12 years, I have worked alongside Sonia in Computer Troubleshooters Aspley, as the technical lead and IT advisor to our clients. Sonia & I have now launched our next venture where we're bringing new perspectives on business and technology for SMBs. We're passionate about improving business processes and getting results with the right use of the right technology.
