We produce Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Chenin Blanc, Alsatian-style white blends, red blends and Bordeaux varietals. Our wines are distributed in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Colorado, Ohio and, soon, Northern California. Our winemaking approach reflects a commitment to varietal integrity. We are minimalists, adding only yeast, yeast food, naturally found grape acids and SO2 to our wines plus the odd rock or two to the fermentation bins.
