Tony is a Sr. Principal Systems Engineer at Extreme Networks providing technical sales to telecom/5G Service Provider accounts globally. In this role, he assists service providers in building reliable, high-performance IP infrastructures, laying the foundation for next-generation applications. With a broad range of high performance routing and switching platforms, Extreme offers unique and cohesive service provider solutions for many applications. Built for addressing both current and future provider needs, these solutions offer providers the ability to incrementally enable technologies and services as needed. A previous role was the owner and President of Skyrocket Financial Solutions LLC. providing knowledgeable business finance consulting to customers to Skyrocket their business through access to capital, cash flow solutions and equipment leasing. He worked heavily with manufacturers and technology companies, as well as many other types of businesses in various stages of growth, to help them navigate the financial marketplace and find the best solution for their business. He is currently working on his master's degree in Finance (Fintech specialization) from GA. State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business. He graduated with honors and has a Bachelor’s degree in business finance from the University of Phoenix. Tony is active in Angel investing in the Atlanta area. He has participated in Atlanta Technology Angels and StartupLounge. He has personally invested in early stage angel rounds in 4 technology companies providing security, mobile finance and e-commerce solutions. His prior work experience also was over 8 years in advanced technology sales and consulting for a Silicon Valley based company (Foundry Networks) where he sold and installed products into NASA, the military, universities, service providers, financial institutions and others.
