As each day goes by I realize more and more that success is really all about just doing what I say that I will do and recommit to excellence in all forms no matter how insignificant. Plan and simple. No big words or catch phases just the reality to each situation and to draw on years of successes and failures. It's a daily grind and relentless and always reassess how I can do and be better for myself and the clients I serve. I do make mistakes and am not afraid to admit when I do. I have also been blessed to work and be part of the best of the best companies in New England whether in the hospitality industry or now with Robert Paul Properties. A smart person once told me "keep you mouth shut, LISTEN & fake it till you make it "!( along with a lot of very hard work ). I always surrounded myself with people much smarter, funnier and more connected than me in the hopes I would learn from them. And what I learned is the customer/ client service is a skill developed over years of dedication and the ability to understand how little I know about so much. The wonderful success I have in the real estate world & home decor consulting and management word is a culmination and collaboration of some of the most talented minds in New England. I enjoy a tough project or property to sell. Anyone can sell home, they basically sell themselves. I pride myself on being innovative, going against the norm of how things our done to appeal to a new group of buyers. It wasn't until I changed my paradigm that more door and opportunities opened up for me. Selling real estate is emotional, scary, difficult, unfair, along with exciting, fresh starts and dreams being realized. It is that slippery slope that I navigate on a daily basis and love every minute of it. I love being a conduit for the turn of a page in someone's life.
