I have been lucky enough to spend 3 decades making television and documentaries, earning my first stripes at the BBC before becoming Head of Television at Lonely Planet and then Executive Producer/Writer/Director at Chemical Media. I've worked with many international broadcasters and screen funding bodies in North America, Europe, the Middle East, China and Australia. I've twice been nominated for a Walkley Award for Excellence in Journalism, twice nominated for an AACTA award and am the winner of a Screen Producers Australia Award and the AIDC award for best documentary. I produce my own films through Chemical Media and occasionally moonlight as producer/director for other likeminded production companies.
