About Tony Jacobs

I love to inspire and encourage people by helping to meet their needs, goals and dreams. I find that relational connection and trust-based nurturing are foundational to this process. Desiring to see the best in people, I carefully listen to unmet needs. By doing so, I am able to assess and redesign services. Through mentor modeling and nurturing to meet both real and felt needs, groups have found worth and purpose for self investment. This leads to strength, consistency, self-cultivation, vitality, maturity, and substantial contribution and growth. Over 200 leaders were identified through my training materials. The process allowed for well over a thousand people to be relationally mentored and nurtured in the organization’s culture and belief. This created depth, retention and growth. My desire to encourage leaders has resulted in my training materials being used in regional and national conferences or events. Likewise, giving input as a mentor with leading experts allowed to project market and social changes. This brought about creative problem solving in the business leadership community, affecting millions in the client base. My passion to see people grow and develop has driven me to nurture, empower, and equip individuals and groups to reach new potentials. I desire to utilize my skills and experience to see people and communities reach goals, deepen relationship, retain relevance, and pursue integrity in the midst of changing organizational structure and social values.
