Qualifications include 14 years experience in Talent Acquisition, sales and marketing, with 7 years experience in Program/ Project Management. Prior to joining the Academy of Advanced Manufacturing, I received my Bachelor’s in Business from Olivet College. After graduating, I immediately joined the United States Army. I am a proud recipient of the prestigious Ranger Tab, Combat Infantryman’s Badge and the Bronze Star for services rendered overseas. After a rewarding career in the military, I became the Owner/ President of Lawrence Insurance Agency LLC. in San Antonio, TX. After years of running a prosperous business, my passion, dedication and desire for helping soldiers led me here to the Academy of Advanced Manufacturing. In addition to my work in project management, I am heavily involved with the local Church and community outreach to feed the homeless. During my free time, I enjoy spending time with my wife Cassidy, daughter Isabella and son Tony II. My second passion resides in training and competing across the world in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
