About Tony Lee

Tony S. Lee started his banking career at Norwest Bank and joined the ABL team in 1996. Mr. Lee became a Team Leader after the Wells Fargo acquisition by Norwest Bank. After 18 years working for Norwest Bank/Wells Fargo, Mr. Lee was recruited by East West Bank to revamp its ABL platform. Mr. Lee was recruited by Bank of the West seeking an executive to launch its traditional ABL platform. Mr. Lee joined Bank of the West as a Division Manager and helped the bank book more deals in its first 12 months than the previous 3 years combined. In 2018, Mr. Lee was recruited by a notable family office in Fort Worth, Texas to serve as their COO where he served as a conduit between the family and many functionalities - cash management, risk, accounting, taxes, investments, H/R, etc. In 2020, Mr. Lee became an independent consultant assisting Mr. Hsieh, founder of Zappos, with financial due diligence on privately owned entities. However, due to Mr. Hsieh's untimely passing, Mr. Lee's five year contract came to an end. Mr. Lee is currently working for Axiom Commercial Finance as a PM under the leadership of a long time ABL veteran Michael Haddad. Mr. Lee majored in Finance at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management having received a full academic scholarship. He later obtained his graduate degree in International Business at University of Colorado attending full time while working full time in his last year. Mr. Lee also had held Series 7, 6 and 63 licenses. He enjoys spending time with his family, investing, tennis, golf, and building lasting relationships with friends and colleagues.
