As a Cyber Security Analyst at Raytheon Technologies, I conduct extensive research on websites to reveal risk and malicious behaviors, perform incident remediation in the SOC queue, track and report data streams from multiple sources, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the overall security posture. I have more than one year of experience in this role, and I leverage my skills in vulnerability scanning, compliance frameworks, risk assessment, network/endpoint security, cloud security, and identity management to deliver effective and efficient solutions. I also use my communication and negotiation skills to forge strong relationships with stakeholders, senior leadership, and security teams, and to report on web-based applications for issue escalation.I hold a Bachelor of Applied Technology in Cybersecurity from Collin College, where I graduated magna cum laude in May 2022. I also have several certifications, such as CompTIA A+, Security+, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, that demonstrate my proficiency and dedication to the field. Prior to joining Raytheon, I worked as an Auto Claims Adjuster and a Bodily Injury Adjuster in the insurance industry for more than five years, where I gained valuable experience in claim investigation, coverage analysis, and litigation mitigation. I am passionate about cybersecurity and always eager to learn new technologies and tools that can help me protect the company's assets and customers.
