About Tony Mann
I embarked on my career within the hospitality industry working at some of the finest hotels and restaurants in London. In 1989 I arrived in Australia and was employed at the prestigious Lizard Island Resort to be the Executive Head Chef. I then relocated to Sydney heading many kitchens until when I began the Export Fresh business after seeing a gap in the hospitality market for consistency and unique salad leaves. The Export Fresh lines have grown and we now have the gourmet brand of Petite Bouche which has received awards and recognition from world class chefs. This has also allowed us to expand and collaborate with well respected chefs through our very own Petite Bouche che of the month campaign in 2016. We have now become the leading specialists in salad leaves, edible flowers, baby vegetables and micro herbs in the Australian market.
