As a servant of people I led by example and my personal experiences. I would enjoy coaching in the NBA someday because I have found that leadership and being a servant goes hand in hand. We can win at anything we do if we work as a team/organization with a single mindset. We as a team/oganization must be driven by a force within us to individually accomplish all we can for our collective team/organization of the team vision and ultimate goals. As a licensed Master Degree Professional Counselor, Business Owner, Basketball Coach/General Manger, and Lover of GOD I have learn that within every man and women the potential for greatness is only an effort away.
