About Tony Phan

Perseverance, Grit, and Ambition. I am 25 years young and have been in the retail industry/workforce for almost 7 years now as that is my entire work experience since I did not pursue further education after obtaining my Diploma in 2014. Perseverance - You don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great. I have worked my way from the bottom up to get to where I needed to be today. I am always ready to achieve the next level and take on more responsibilities to result in growing in the retail industry and making a positive difference not only for the business, but for the people who works there too. Grit - Never giving up no matter how much I wanted to. I have been looked over on promotion opportunities more than 3 times, and have even beat myself up mentally for thinking I wasn’t good enough. When in reality, my competitors were just better. That’s when I built strength and courage to always continue to strive for what I want and eventually when the time came, I earned it. Ambition - Continuously wanting to learn all of it in order to become flexible no matter where I am. Continuously wanting to get to the next level of the company and making a known change for myself.
