I bring an intimate, multi-generational approach to family wealth creation and management, with a particular focus on real estate and small business administration. Such advisory stewardship calls on the wide range of skills and deep knowledge base that I developed and refined in a family office setting for twenty years, in such disciplines as strategic planning and initiative formation, project management, financial and decision analysis, estate planning, negotiation, business development, production throughput management, family dynamics, and leadership coaching. I have found that the fiduciary platform provides an opportunity to implement my distinct approach and vision with impact. When establishing a trust, wealth creators entrust their wealth to their fiduciary, and look to the Trustee to grow, manage, and distribute their wealth to their beneficiaries according to their written direction. Beneficiaries want Trustees that are engaged, knowledgeable, and, well, trustworthy. As a real estate professional and asset manager, I have developed a particular expertise in property management, capital project management, lease, purchase, and sale negotiations, acquisition, disposition, and 1031 tax deferred exchange analysis, valuation assessments, value add strategies, and tenant relationship management.
