I am a successful, proven, passionate leader and reliable quality control/ quality assurance professional and with over 30 years of positive real-world experience. I am currently achieving one of my career passions by creating the highest quality control program at Jarco Companies. Jarco Companies has a rapidly growing ready mix division where I manage two Technical Services teams, one in San Antonio, Texas and one in Corpus Christi, Texas. I am excited to be trusted in developing the technical services department program from the ground up essentially.The previous 9 years I was a District Technical Services Manager for Martin Marietta in San Antonio/Austin, Texas. I oversaw the daily technical services program for 18 ready mix plants with yearly production of 1.5 million cubic yards of concrete. Extensive multifaceted trouble shooting and conflict resolution skills; trusted by employees and customers alike as the "go to guy" to resolve issues. With a "do whatever it takes attitude" for customer service, I have been an invaluable asset to the companies I have worked for. Teaching and mentoring by example and not afraid to get my hands dirty approach allows the best to come forward from team members. By being proactive and hands on approach to quality control and assurance I consistently exceed customer and quality assurance firm expectations. I have created many organizational policies, procedures and presentations to streamline department functions and efficiency.I have ten years of progressive inside and outside sales experience with an environmental background as a Geologist and staff scientist.I also released my mobile phone app on the Google play and Apple stores.
