I have had the pleasure of a career in Law Enforcement, additionally working in Sales, Real Estate, and Management. I am a hands-on person with many skills, and I look forward to new challenges. As a leader, knowing how to follow policies and procedures, I enforce these without defaming character. I am proud that coworkers and subordinates alike continue to contact me for relevant advisement. I believe in investing in companies and employees, leading by example result in many years of employee retention. I enjoy being tasked with “Hard to figure out issues.” Tasks like these keep my mechanical thought process flowing and sharp. It is rewarding when the task has been well thought out. Seeing a finished product is profitable for the company, and the feeling of completion is one of no other. My hobbies include wood working, crafting, building, and gardening. I have operated various computer programs throughout my career and am proficient with Microsoft Office, Corral Draw and CRMs. Doing projects, building and repairs, operating equipment, and my hobbies, keep me occupied when not at work.
