Tony Warner is a results-oriented leader with proven success at building and leading world-class initiates and teams in both large and small companies. He has over 20 years of experience aligning the strategy of the business to the actions of leaders, leading people to produce exceptional bottom line impact. Currently is orchestrating the facilitation of a five year strategic plan, with key focus areas, strategic goals aligned with strategies, and with defined, measurable steps, coupled with budget to achieve. This project is coupled with an organizational change methodology to melt resistance and reform into a more cohesive team. The change plan is a combination of proven methods with a unique ingredient to reduce the amount of resistance. Tony has led Human Resource teams in servicing high profile companies including a 2008 Presidential Campaign, Presidential Foundation Library as well as notable non-profits in the Washington DC area. His expertise was utilized in designing and executing Human Resources business projects and processes in government contracting, medical / pharmaceutical manufacturing, information technology and retail industries, as well as with centers of higher education. In 2001 through 2006 Tony was the Human Resources and Recruiting Director for one of the top 125 government contractors in the Washington DC area. He led the Human Resources and Human Capital Management for 17 locations and 4 wholly owned subsidiaries.
