I have always provided a stable anchor from which my managers and salespeople pull strength from each and every day in their quest for being the best they can be. I have always found that if we provide the knowledge and confidence our staff desires, there is no end to how far we can rise. 20 plus years of experience in the car business has provided me with all of the confidence possible to help mentor and grow my staff into the best they can be. I am a firm believer that as managers, we can go no where alone. We need a full staff of confident able salespeople providing us with every opportunity they can before any manager can ever get a chance to show their abilities.
