My experience spans acute and long-term care, community supports, aging services, and applied research. Developing people is at the core of my leadership. I focus on building high-trust cultures and creating environments where individuals grow, lead boldly, and deliver with purpose. I believe leadership happens at every level and prioritize listening to those closest to the work.
