About Tonya Bond

In my years of working, I have develop skills that are quite relevant to Project Management because they have enhanced my ability to lead a team and teach others in a way to succeed. I have a particular skill in being a leader; ensuring that everything that I do is done to the best of my ability, and making sure a team is able to come together to complete a project. I worked at a camp of more than 200 people in which I was selected many times to be the director of the entire camp, which taught me a lot about managing a large amount of people. I have also taught many students about science and mathematics, encouraging them to continue through school and work in the STEM (Science Technology Engineering and Math) field. Working at Sharebaby has given me the opportunity to manage a warehouse and ensure that the individuals who come are treated with the upmost respect and get what they need for their organizations. I am able to use many of the skills that I have to do math that is required, data analysis, data entry, lead volunteers to complete a task successfully and be able to demonstrate positive leadership skills.
