As the Program Director at Aramark, Tonya Gray oversees and optimizes facilities-related & operational programs across the enterprise for all lines of business. She has more than twelve years of experience in developing and implementing strategies for multiple market sectors, managing risk mitigation plans, and leading team members to develop solutions that optimize business operations and enhance efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and sustainability. Tonya is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, with a background in Industrial Engineering and Business from Texas A&M University. She is passionate about continuous improvement and innovation, and has led strategic development, solutions, and measurements through the life cycle of various initiatives. She has also collaborated with on-site operations teams to identify system/process improvements, technology advancements, and productivity enhancement opportunities. Tonya's mission is to deliver excellence and value to Aramark's clients and stakeholders through program optimization and innovation.
