Collaborative sales leader and top performer that began career in Tampa, Florida with a focus on sales operations, and people leadership. After years of sales growth through customer relationships, transitioned to a regional customer management delivering consecutive years of top performance which transitioned to a position in National Account Management based in Dallas. Problem solving abilities and success led to responsibilities in Frito Lay marketing focused around Immediate Consumption growth in total Macrosnacks to enable national success through execution of national programming and productivity. After a year in PepsiCo Marketing, a desire for customer interfacing and selling resurfaced and was presented an opportunity to lead National Accounts across the South and East in the foodservice arena for Schwan's. This enabled passion pursuits for account management, people leadership and business development while working with distributors and brokers. The ability to provide fact based solutions, collaboration, partnership, problem solving and strategy in commercialization efforts fueled a desire to continue retail leadership efforts in CPG and Food and Beverage for over 15 years.
