About Tonya Hyde

My 15 years of experience in project management, digital strategy, and event coordination make me a confident problem solver and communicator. I have managed multiple software migrations, from requirement gathering to implementation, for two CRMs, three website platforms, and four email services. Combined with managing website content and structure, CRM administration, coordinating 200+ educational webinars, and launching a province-wide online mentorship program, I manage technology, communication, and education projects with positivity, integrity, and always a dash of delight. I have honed my communication and project management skills across a variety of organizations, including bootstrapped nonprofits, medium-sized associations, and forward-thinking small businesses. This has given me a nimble project management style with the skills to pivot quickly, assess risk at every step, do cost-benefit analysis to fit a budget, and think outside the box for solutions. Some of my personal activities include walking the streets of / mountains near Vancouver with my dog and knitting in cozy cafes or breweries.
