About Tonya Manning

Driven by a desire for improvement in all areas of life, I strive to achieve personal, professional, and project goals and through clear communication and collaboration. I have high standards and enjoy challenging work. In all of my roles, I brought an ability to use big-picture thinking, research, and intuition to identify trends and patterns in data, processes, and procedures to improve or replace existing systems. I have excelled at being able to organize resources, manage tasks, analyze risk, and lead teams to successful outcomes. Much of the success has come as a result of being able to digest difficult, complex problems using creativity, open-mindedness, and strategic thinking to synthesize information into clear, concise, and accessible forms of communication and being able to successfully convey these ideas verbally and through writing. Both official and unofficial mentorship and training have naturally aligned with my skills and passions. In every one of my previous roles, I was actively involved in training and upskilling, growing both those I trained as well as myself.
